Michigan—Sales and Use Tax: Resolution to Raise Tax Rate Introduced (Mar. 26, 2014)
A joint resolution has been introduced in the Michigan Senate that would amend section 8 of article IX of the state constitution to increase the state sales and use tax rate from 6% to 7%.
