Did you know that April Fool’s Day or some version of it is celebrated all over the world? Here are a few examples;
In France and Italy school children try to secretly tape a paper fish to unsuspecting people’s backs. In the U.K. news organizations publish joke stories that are just believable enough to fool the public. In some countries like Ireland, you can only play jokes on people until noon. In Scotland people celebrate April Fool’s Day for the first two days of April, the first day is called Hunt the Gowk (foolish person) Day which involves tricking people into doing silly things, the second day is devoted to placing tails on peoples backs.
How ever you choose to celebrate, have fun out there!
